Farmadost includes all assistance services offered specifically for pharmacist cooperatives, which are affiliates of Tüm Eczacı Kooperatifleri Birliği (TEKB), and their relatives. The services comprise medical consulting, ambulance and urgent doctor, legal consulting, financial consulting, IT consulting, pharmacy software consulting, road help, pharmacy/office help/house help, confidentiality consulting, and service help.

What Is Provided?
The Farmadost services support pharmacists who are members of TEKB affiliate pharmacist cooperatives and their families in every moment of life, helping them in several matters that range from medical consulting to confidentiality consulting.

The Farmadost card owners can have their problems solved as quickly as possible and whenever they need, through the call center which operates 365x24.

The Farmadost services make life simpler and more comfortable.

The Farmadost services are offered via a telephone line reserved specifically for TEKB and operating 24 hours a day. To benefit from the services, the call center must be contacted.

The Farmadost services are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and offered on a 365x24 basis.

The Farmadost services are available only in Turkey.

The Farmadost services can also be used by other family members who own an additional card with direct link to a Farmadost classic or private card.

It is possible to get an additional card for first degree relatives who live in the same house with owners of the Farmadost classic and private cards. The additional card owners can only benefit from ambulance and urgent doctor services.
