TEKB strengthens its strategy of enabling the pharmacies who are members of cooperatives to be preferred by end users by increasing their service quality even more with the e-Pharma training program. Thanks to this program, for the first time in Turkey, a professional association offers a web-based education opportunity for its members to increase their know-how. Thus, member pharmacies, equipped with contemporay knowledge, will be able to provide better service and occupy a distinctive position in the industry.

The e-Pharma was created to help pharmacists to acquire not only professional knowledge, but also the management skills they need. It enables pharmacists to manage their pharmacies more effectively, and improve both themselves and their colleagues. It also provides pharmacists not only with easy-to-understand and gripping information which they can identify with their business and apply in a practical way, but also with capabilities which will help them to offer quality and modern services.

The e-Pharma comprises courses developed in line with the needs and expectations of pharmacists. These web-based courses, given by people who are experts in their own fields, are based on real cases and problems which were experienced by pharmacists. The concepts and methods to be explained are supported by cases.
